I love doing hair. It's not just the work and the creativity; it's the relationships, the conversations and the stories we share. It's therapy through hair. 

I have over 18 years of experience in styling, educating, leading and training.

My career began in 2007 when I completed an apprenticeship under my mentor, Michael Levine at Statik Salon in Vancouver.

Almost immediately he recruited me as the Lead Coordinator and Educator in launching The Vancouver Hair Academy.

Education has been a fundamental part of my development. I consider it the key to a happy and successful career. Whether I'm teaching or learning I have been fortunate to train with some of the best names in the business (for more on this, please refer to Training and Education).
